Is your auto-update-packages
package really v0.2.2? The error should have been fixed in 0.2.2.
@yujinakayama after I read your response I opened my Atom and updates seem to be working without any problem, two packages got updated just fine. I have no idea what happened. That error message was generated by Atom it self, so version should be right. I don't know if anybody is still having the error but for me seems fixed.

I'm still getting this error
I'm constantly getting this error, any idea what can be causing it? Atom debug log bellow. BTW besides de call stack exceeded the Atom message to create this issue exceeded the size too and I had to do this manually :(
