Configuration can come now directly as a yaml-formatted string #103

in addition to as a file path (but not both).

I find this way of dynamic reconfigure much more practical, as you don't need to create different yaml files for every possible configuration

We've got quite alot lurking in the indigo-devel branch now that hasn't been released to the indigo branch, so I'll do a release shortly.

Hmm, probably a bad idea. So much there from multiple people, I can't guarantee that it won't break turtles. I'll just re-release kinetic.
