Release for ROS noetic #141

Hey everyone,

Are there plans for releasing these packages to ROS noetic? Is there work to do? After a quick search I could not find any information about this.

Just tried building in noetic, looks like the following two dependencies would need to be released for noetic first:

The ar_track package looks like it could be released soon: https://github.com/ros-perception/ar_track_alvar/issues/82
