There should be a hyperlink for this section, especially when there are so many bullet points image.png

Each of these subsections is very short and is in the same section, so hyperlinks are not needed.

Reason for disagreement: This section spanned 4 pages, and everytime I wanted to refer back to Figure 3.2.1, I had to scroll back up. And this happened multiple times.

Reason for disagreement: Should be at least low, as this affects the readability for the reader when reading this part.
