Arch.exe doesn't have config parameter #131

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: I downloaded the latest Arch.zip. I'm trying to set the default user to non-root user. wsldl version: 20040300

Expected behavior I want Arch.exe config --default-user {username} to be worked.

Environment:

Windows build number:
Security Software: ESET IS
WSL version 1.
ArchWSL version: 20040300
ArchWSL Installer type zip/appx/other clean/update: zip
Launcher version [e.g. 20040300] (Type Arch.exe version at a Command Prompt)

Solved. File extension need to be written. Arch.exe config --default-user {username}
