ERR: An illegal state change was requested. #339

Describe the issue When i open ArchWSL, installed from appx, i get this error

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Install certificate
Install ArchWSL
Open ArchWSL

Expected behavior ArchWSL should start configuring

Windows build number: Microsoft Windows [Version 10.0.22631.2861]
Security Software: Windows Defender
WSL version 1/2: WSL2
ArchWSL version 22.10.16.0
ArchWSL Installer type appx
Launcher version wsldl2, version 22020900

Additional context Add any other context about the problem here.

Just had to unregistered previous distro
