Amount of recovery is ambiguous in the UG #3

I understood "20% of the player's health" as 20% of my current health. However, I recovered 20 points at 40HP. Perhaps it would be simpler to indicate "will recover 20 HP" in the UG.

Thanks for the feedback, since this is does not affect the game, I would like to change the severity to very low.
