Player always allowed to go first in tic-tac-toe #9

The user is always given the first action. I believe tic-tac-toe lets the "X" player go first (I may be wrong). In general, letting the user always go first makes it easier to win. Making that random could increase the fun!

Thank you for your suggestions! Traditionally, 'X' goes first in tic-tac-toe, but this isn't necessary for our game. Allowing player to always go first increases the likelihood of winning and accelerates the pace of the game.
