--difference-ratio option #2

The pbsim help indicate: --difference-ratio ratio of differences. substitution:insertion:deletion each value up to 1000 (6:54:40)... ...Nanopore we recommend increasing substitution rate and decreasing insertion rate, such as 23:31:46.

Are those values percentage as 6+54+40=23+31+46? In this case "each value up to 1000" is a bit misleading.
