Query regarding pbsim2 #6

Hi, I just, want to know that it only works for genome sequencing, not for RNA sequencing. So are you planning to do an RNA sequencing simulator also included in this tool? Thanks in advance

Thank you for your using PBSIM2. PBSIM2 only works for genome sequencing. We are characterizing long reads of RNA sequencing data and plan to develop an RNA sequencing simulator for long read sequencers.
