I've added the BDS layout for the Bulgarian language which is widely used. I have added it as an azerty variant, as from what I saw in the code that is how two layouts can be supported for a single language, e.g. in the case of Turkish, even though technically it's not an AZERTY layout (so it is made also in the Turkish case).
