Casting not working for 13.31 Stable Version #1018

Cannot add a device with 'Link with TV code' on 13.31 Stable Version but works fine on 13.31 Beta.

This is consistent when trying to cast from either the youtube or vanced app from a mobile device to Shield 2015.

Same problem with 13.39 Bera now.

I have the same problem on Beta 13.42 in conjunction with YouTube Vanced 16.29.39 on my phone.

My previously working link disappeared and I cannot reconnect using the "TV-Code". Maybe it's a server-side change by YouTube.
