TCL R646 (supports AV1 codec) does not play 4320p #1019

TCL R646 on Google TV has support for AV1 codec. It does not play AV1 streams in 4320p resolution when available - it just constantly loads\interrupts something, but does not show a single frame of video.

TVs rely mostly on hardware decoding and looking at your TV, it only supports up to 4K. 8K videos require an 8K TV for it to play.
