Cannot play video on Xgimi projector #1889

I have been enjoying the app for about two years on my Xgimi projector (version: H3, it’s a Chinese version so it does not have Google play support). The app stopped working a few days ago. It could search and preview videos, but no video can play and the picture is completely black without any sound. I have tried resetting my projector, reinstalling the app, and installing the beta version, but none worked. Has anyone seen a similar issue, and do you have any suggestions on how to fix it? Thanks!

Same issue on Xiaomi MUTV projector. It’s started few days ago.

Thanks for the comment. I have tried reinstalling the latest version (both stable and beta) but didn't work. I have also tried reseting projector system and reinstalling but also didn't work

I have the same issue with my Xgimi H3 projector. No matter I tried the beta or the stable version. It doesn't work at all.
