Multiple Audio Drops of 1-2 seconds during every video #1910

On both my Chromecast with Google TV and my FireTV 4K Stick, I will have multiple audio dropouts of 1-2 seconds throughout each video. This does not happen on the normal YouTube app, nor on Hulu, Netflix, Prime Video, etc. The video resolution does not seem to matter. I have these connected to an Onkyo TX-RZ720, but the issue happens if I connect them directly to my TV as well.

This issue has persisted for several months, across multiple updates of the app(s).

What information could I provide to help troubleshoot/fix this issue?
