Feature Request - Blacklist channels from "Recommended" #2242

Hello Dev-Team, I have a feature request for you, but I don't know if it is possible to implement. I'm using your App always on the most recent beta on my Amazon Fire devices. I use an extra Google account, just to manage my content and subscriptions for a few hundred channels. The problem I would like to solve is the "Recommended" section.

I would like to have the option to blacklist certain channels to not be recommended to me. I know that there is the "Not interested"-option but YouTube sometimes keeps pushing something I'm not interested in. Also, it would be great to block on the basis of video language. I'm German/Irish, living in Germany, but I only consume English language content and news over the platform, but YouTube recommends German speaking channels, that I am absolutely not interested in. Within SmartTubeNext, I changed the default language to English and the country to United States, but I assume it keeps nagging me with German content because of my German IP address. The content isn't relevant to my interests and mainly promoting state run media like ARD/ZDF and their subsidiaries.

The SkyTube project, which I'm using on my smartphone has an option to filter out content based on language preference, but I don't know, if it is possible to implement a similar solution to SmartTubeNext, but I would greatly appreciate the option.

I also want to filter certain channels from the Home section. Youtube does have a "Don't recommend channel" option.
