Broken CC on all versions #2295

It’s been months and the CC is still broken. I have Cantonese MV that has working subtitle from Oct that stopped working for months. There’s no option to choose language on video and there’s no auto detect to Cantonese CC. IT WORKS BEFORE. Did YouTube bribe the owner to make those crappy overtime?
