Since latests update cant play 4k videos #3714

Since latest update 22.38 i cant set 4K videos to play at 4K resolution or framerate 60.. max now is 1080 30 fps 5.42Mbps avc. Whats going on? Also have a blue diamond behind video quality please help. Paul

If i check info on the 4 k YouTube video it says its playing @4K and 60fps ..its weird

The latest 22.43 beta release, from two hours ago, works both for vp9 and 4k for me. I also haven't seen any 403 errors.
