[BUG]: Rewind, Fast Forward, Switching Video Formats freezes everything

Steps to reproduce the bug

After updating to 23.36 Beta I can no longer rewind or fast forward. It buffers continually and freezes up. The only way to get out of this situation is to back out and start the video over. Switching video formats during a video playback also freezes up the video and once again the only way out of this situation is to back out and start over.

Actual behavior

Everything freezes up and/or buffers. These features becomes unusable with this 23.36 Beta version on my FireCube
