[BUG]: No manual subtitles showing up at all

Steps to reproduce the bug

Start a video which has manually created subtitles
Turn on subtitles, select "English" in the first/regular "Subtitles" menu

Actual behavior

No (manual) subtitles are shown throughout the video and "English (auto-generated)" option is not available for selection in the menu.

Additional information

Nvidia Shield TV.

I verified subtitles are present, valid and showing up using YT Revanced on mobile.

I double-checked on another device, an Nvidia Shield TV Pro (Android TV 11 also), running previous SmartTube beta 23.52 and the problem was not yet present in that version.

It was fixed next time I updated, beta 23.57 or 58.. not sure.
