[BUG]: Recommendations appear under playlist videos during playback, despite being disabled

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Go to Settings -> Players -> Misc, and check "Disable suggestions."
2. Navigate to the playlist section.
3. Select a playlist created by the current YouTube account (not by someone else).
4. Play a video from the playlist.
5. Once playback starts, scroll down.

Actual behavior

You’ll see exactly 3 recommended videos under the player that are not from the playlist, while the actual playlist videos are missing. In this screenshot, "Favorites" is the playlist I created. The 3 videos shown below are not from my playlist, even though I have "Disable suggestions" enabled. Videos from the "Favorites" playlist are not displayed here as a result.

Additional information

This issue only occurs with playlists created by the current YouTube account. Playlists added to the library are not affected, and it doesn't impact videos outside of playlists.

I am also facing the same issue. I have created a playlist with a handful of live news channels. These are no longer visible when we scroll down the current video. Running SmartTube 23.59 on FireTVStick having Android 11 / API level 30
