PS Watching a video does still add the video to my YouTube account's History (I checked on my phone).
I downloaded previous beta from GitHub, 23.77 beta, uninstalled SmartTube, installed 23.77 beta, everything looked fine. Then restored local backup. That resulted in only ONE item in the sidebar: Settings.
Updated to 23.80 beta again, same. Restored local backup again, now everything looks normal again, EXCEPT History is still missing. So back to square one.
I then went to Settings, Account and turned off "Use separate settings per each account". Suddenly History is visible again! But, if I turn that "separate" option on again, my sidebar is all jumbled (everything in a different order) and History is missing again. Turn off "separate" and it's all good.
So it has something to do with the separately stored options. Or is it just that MY separately stored settings for that one account (through some bug) got messed up from living on the edge and constantly updating to latest beta?
Checklist
Affected version
23.80
Device Type
Smart TV/Box
Affected Android
Android TV 11
Steps to reproduce the bug
I updated to the latest beta, from the previous beta.
History is missing from sidebar/menu.
Actual behavior
Going to Settings, General, Set-up sections, it shows History is enabled. If I uncheck History and hit back, and back, then open General, Set-up sections, History is enabled again. So toggling the option does nothing.
I switched to a second account, that one does show History in the sidebar. Switching back to 1st/main account, no History in menu.
I force stopped app and cleared data, so same as uninstall/reinstall. History is visible. Login to my (main) YouTube account, History is visible. Great, BUT I really, really don't want to configure everything again and pin a bunch of channels to sidebar. So I restore my local backup. And History is missing again.
What to do please?

I did move the History item (up/down within the sidebar) a while ago, maybe that is a factor.
