Support Request: "Player error occurred. Restarting playback..." #494

Sometimes when starting to play video[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h-nnAeByB1A], i got message-"Player error occurred. Restarting playback...", and video starts playing without any problem. Any ideas how to avoid such issues?

Just FYI: Seems Autoframerate feature didn't work on my "Sony KD-55XF9005". Could you explain please how Autoframerate feature should work?

p.s. I have default(=Low) VideoBuffer size. I have three Autoframerate checkboxes enabled.

I am getting this same issue on many videos although the videos never play for me. It just goes in a playback loop. I am using version 10.113. I don't have any fix for this yet wanted to report the issue is still here.

I found my issue was related to a Pi-Hole adlist. If you're using Pi-Hole try to disable one of your lists and see if that helps.

Hello @SlazE888 , Have you find a solution. I have the same issue. From time to time I got -"Player error occurred. Restarting playback...". I'm with Amazon Firestick 4k.
