[4K, Restrict codec] Can't disable VP9 in 1080 mode. #208

Choose AVC profile in 4K mode then switched back to 1080. No way, it still chose VP9+Opus

PS. In 4K mode "info" shows Video/DisplayResolution: 1920x1080@25/1280x720@60 Does it mean my x96mini downscales video 1080p->720p? My TV says it's mode=1080p 60HZ...

@dimzon resolution info could be wrong. What android version do you have on board, friend?

I'm running x96mini Android 7.12. UI resolution (dpi settings) is 1280*720 to make UI faster but Amlogic s905w procerssor itself supports up 4K 60pfs HW Accelerated h264/h265 decoding.

PS. SmartYouTubeTV updated itself 2 days ago. 4K UI version responsibility become great (seem's like even faster then 1080 UI version). Also I really doesn't understand why, seems like decoding perfomance for 4K version is better than 1080. I'm testing onto this movie: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=42tnOnsmjac both time I got 1080p AVC (I restrict codec into 4K UI version since my TV is 1080p) According "admin info statistics" I got much more dropped frames into 1080p UI (really many), in 4K UI mode I got much less framedrops... Overall 4K UI responsibility is better than 1080 UI mode (I'm confused). But 1) Can't like/dislike video in 4K UI mode (buttons are disabled) 2) Can't jump to channel from video during playback (no "channel" button)
