Maybe the device need a reboot or even a full power of by removing from the wall. Or maybe you have a background service consuming resource as a accessibility service.

4 years ago I can confirm Felipe on this matter : version 6.17.692 and later beta's load & work very fine on my Sony 4K - when closed, the launch takes 10 seconds (it used to be 13 seconds a month ago), but once app loaded, everything navigates fast and plays well.

It takes forever to load now. Sometimes it’s so slow that I even have to close the app and restart it. Slow on launch, slow to load videos, slow to load the main page, etc. This update just has horrible performance overall.
