Animated UI breaks UI #654

Version: 6.17.724 (Pro Alt) 320 dpi Device: SHIELD Android TV (darcy)

Enabling Animated UI causes display issue with the UI; see attached. (This even occurs in the account selection list; both the normal user and "Guest" entries appear over each other.) Screenshot_20200920-050751

the app was using SAMSUNG_SMART_TV[1] it was changed to PHILIPS_SMART_TV[0] and that causes the issue...

I tested by reverting to the old user agent (SAMSUNG_SMART_TV[1] ) and works...

Don't know why was changed (the commit doesn't inform it) probably to better support the latest changes, so a revision of how to add the animations using PHILIPS_SMART_TV[0] user agent is needed.
