A full width ad (video alike) just showed up on my home screen.

On a side note: after a recent update, voice search button is missing. Also, when clicking back while playing a video there is a black screen saying "Loading..." which will disappear upon clicking back again.

Device: MiBox s 4k

Another side question regarding the device: is there an option to default remote's voice search and chromecast to smartyoutubetv instead of built-in youtube app?

The same thing happens in my MiBox 3, all of this happened after I upgraded to Android 9.

Another note: language switch in the keyboard is not remembered. I prefer not to use the default language as it is increasing typing time by adding additional characters.
