I have noticed that the .724 version of the app lost the ability to save to history ( and other issues) when the version info in the “Settings/App version” got changed. The version being displayed now is “web_20201013_00RC00” instead of .724.
Once this happens, the device listed in the App version also got changed from Nvidia to “TV, Philips/40HFL5010T12, Opera (12.50.9.80), Linux arm71(1.2.1).
I was able to fix the “save to history” issue by reinstalling the SmartYoutube a few days ago. Once reinstalled, the version changed back to .724 and everything worked ok as before. Unfortunately this only worked for a few days and today the problem returned. This time reinstalling SmartYoutube did not fix the issue. I can replicate the above on two different systems: Nvidia Shield (2019) running latest Android build and Sony X900H TV (2020) running the latest Android build.
