'/Library/Developer/CommandLineTools' is a command line tools instance #1

Hi,

I was looking to use your PushToTalk application to replace a different dysfunctional tool but have had some trouble installing it via the Homebrew/Xcode method thus far.

I'm given this error: xcode-select: error: tool 'xcodebuild' requires Xcode, but active developer directory '/Library/Developer/CommandLineTools' is a command line tools instance

I've installed, restarted, and launched Xcode prior to running the install script but it hits this each time. Quite new to Mac so unsure how to proceed. Any pointers appreciated.
