Character visible at location 0, 0, 0 of the map when starting a new game #3

Scenario:

Start a new/saved game
With first character, walk/drive to position 0, 0, 0 in the map Result:
Observe that 3D of some charactesr are standing there
After switching to another character, 3D might disappear, no more issue

Expected result:

No 3D of any character visible at location 0, 0, 0
