Restoring layout settings #22

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Click on maximize
2. Iconify the window
3. Restore the window

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The window is supposed to be maximized but it's not the case.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 3.4 on Windows Vista.

Please provide any additional information below.
