What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I set windows backward comparable mode to XP service pack 2
2. I tried an older version and still the same
3. n/a

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows Vista, Transmission Remote 3.0 Installer 

Please provide any additional information below.
I works fine in I mim the error message but it is very frustrating that it
is there.

When the exception dialog appears, click the details button and copy me 
_everything_
that it shows you.
