What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download a torrent
2. Click the peers tab
3. Look at the column 'Progress'

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: 60%, 100%, etc.
What I see: 0.6001928%, 1.0000000%

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 3.0, Windows Vista x64

This is a fair point, so I'll update the code to correct this.

This is how T sends the data to the client and I just never bothered changing
it.
It's sent as a string and not a number, which a T developer tells me is a
temporary
workaround.
