Download issue:Connect Timeout #62

Dear @yumorishita sir: I have encountered the following error by using LICSBAS first,so i use LICSBAS2 next ,but still encountered this. Please tell me how to solve the problem. error By the way, i'm using wsl because my computer is windows.

I also encountered the same problem today.

Sorry but i cannot fix the problem yet. I guess the reason is that i am using wsl, because if i copy the link it gave me in LiCSBAS, i can download the tif on my web browsers. hope you can figure out.

I still encountered this issue on Ubuntu. But when I copy the link to the webpage, the TIF data can be indeed downloaded.

I could download *.E.tif from Ubuntu in the virtual box in Windows.

Probably because i am using vpn otherwise i cannot open the website, maybe it need further operations to use it in ubuntu?

But i can download other files like update my ubuntu, that's awkward.

I guess it may be caused by network issues.
