dear professor morishita , how can i prepare E.geo and U.geo from ASF database? Only .geo.cc.tif and .geo.unw.tif can be found.

I have no idea. As far as I remember, [ENU].geo are required only in LiCSBAS_decomposeLOS.py and you can finish all LiCSBAS steps without them.

i see. how to turn the '.unw' produced by step03 into '.tif'?

Use LiCSBAS_flt2geotiff.py.
