Make md-list-item with href in it align properly

At the moment if you use an href attr on an md-list-item it is no longer beautifully lined up. Using an ng-click handler, or neither, looks fine.

Needs digging into angular-material a bit. Not super important right now....

I believe the fix is to use layout and flex.
