Synote upgrade roadmap #112

According to Graeme's requirement, we need to do the following things to further clean Synote:

  1. Remove NERD integration. The NERD integration has been moved to Synote-Multimedia-Service
  2. Remove twitter integration.
  3. Remove Jena Triple store integration, this would be better to move to another individual grails application
  4. Use Synote media fragment player
  5. Remove the thumbnail picture generation programme in Synote player
  6. Add configuration file for each operation in synote player, esp. the url of ajax call
  7. remove generating thumbnail picture programmes in Synote player

2 and 6 has been done yet, but I don't think it necessary.
