Config the NodeJS server to host thumbnail pictures #29

I think we'd better host the thumbnail pictures from the same server as synote-multimedia-service (or Kaltura). Then when we deploy the system to other environments, we can prepare a VM with all the programmes in it.

We need to change the "Config the apache server on Kaltura VM to host thumbnail pictures" to "Config the NodeJS server to host thumbnail pictures"
