Change creating recording process #9

The current wizard is not very good, so will have four different pages:

From Internet From Youtube Upload file (will need to agree on terms and conditions) Upload from viascribe xml

We will prepare four different pages, instead in one page.

uploading file and from viascribe haven't been implemented yet.
