How you get the 1,024-dimensional character-based CNN-RNN feature of CUB? #4

I have resort to the code of Learning deep representations of fine-grained visual descriptions, but their code is in Lua. And I have no idea how to get the CNN-RNN features. Could you please offer me some methods to get these features?

Do you know how to obtain CNN-RNN features? It would be very helpful if you could provide the methods.
