basic "captive portal" for wlan configuration #6

Clearly, for a wider use a "captive portal" is missing. It is planned only for a very basic wlan configuration, and then all the rest will be configured while on "safe" local network. Working (thinking) on it.

I myself duplicated my issue... this means it is a huge project right now :)
