Extraneous leading zeroes in display #72

In-development display glitch:

>>> ppm
parts_per_million  # 1.000000e-6
>>> pL
picoliter  # volume, 1.000000e-15 m**3

This appears to be an issue with scinot being a little too eager to show digits
