Amlogic Meson SoCs also have Mali GPUs

Thanks for adding Amlogic support. What's your chip tested on?

I tested on the S905X, but it’s the same architecture as S905 (odroid-c2) and S905D. The board I used is the LibreTech-CC (http://libre.computer) but the Khadas VIM also has the S905X and exact same mainline Linux support.
