Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 9 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 9 years ago
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install middleware 3.5.x
2. Open e-ID viewer and put a SIS card into the reader
3. Read card

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to see my SIScard data, but when I try, I'll get an 'Cardtype
unknown' exception.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Middleware and e-ID Viewer 3.5.3.6193

Please provide any additional information below.
The siscardplugin is available under C:\Windows\System32\siscardplugins

Is the name of the siscardplugin "siscardplugin1_BE_EID_35__ACS ACR38U__.dll" ?
(with a space in the name)
If not, could you try renaming it to "siscardplugin1_BE_EID_35__ACS
ACR38U__.dll"

I have tried the above, and have changed the plugin from
"siscardplugin1_BE_EID_35__ACS_ACR38U__.dll"
to "siscardplugin1_BE_EID_35__ACS ACR38U__.dll"

but still not successfull to read my SIS-Card....
How to solve?

You also have to buy / use a special cardreader.
The ACR38U reader.

After using this, it works like a charm.
