MultiDroidNotifier-0.5.1 immediately crashes when enabling bluetooth on OSX 10.8 #532

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install MultiDroidNotifier-0.5.1-x86_64.dmg
2. Launch the application
3. Open the preferences
4. Enable Bluetooth reception

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expect the application to continue running and enable bluetooth reception.

Instead, it immediately crashes.

Might be related to bluecove Issue 134: Bluecove broken on OSX 10.8
