History of notifications (on desktop PC) #543

Hi,

it would be very convenient to see the history of notifications (with time log, 
accessible through flashing system notification bubble) in the case of getting 
back to the PC after short leave.

Now, if I leave for several minutes, notifications are gone.. I can see only 
the last one.
