We planned such a feature, but to my knowledge no one worked on it in the end (though I'm not the main author and didn't follow the forum for a while, maybe things have changed). For now, git version (and IIRC it has been merged to mainstream FG) warns about exceeding speed limit for flaps (also for running APU after takeoff): navigator says "Speed, speed!" (sounds like "Skorost', skorost'!" in Russian).
FYI: regarding G at touchdown Tu-154B Flight Manual says this: up to 1.3 - good, 1.3-1.5 - so-so, 1.5-1.7 - bad, but tolerable , > 1.7 - really bad (structural failure at 2.0 IIRC - bu maybe at 2.5, not sure).
I wish some kind of on-screen message when I exceed any limit (speed limits for flaps and gears, G at landing etc)
Some basic checking could be made through Nasal/limits.nas
