Engineer's opened doors & steering panel #42

doors_panel The plane now starts with all doors open (except for refuel hatch of course). Left click on door light will switch to door view, middle click will close the door (again, except for refuel hatch because if you didn't close it then you probably forgot to switch it off as well). "Steering disabled" light goes off when you enable steering and there is pressure in second hydraulic system. "Not ready for takeoff" will flash if any light on this panel is on.

Also autostart procedure ('s' key) now completes until "not ready for takeoff" goes off.
