Selector stays the same when using texture pack #74

When I use the Default Dark Mode texture pack the selector stays the white color instead of turning to dark gray

1.20.2+ requires resource pack support because Mojang broke stuff further. The author of the pack will have to add a fixed hotbar selector texture in the appropriate directory under the raised namespace. This is intended.
