In the WotLK Beta:

Is Titansteel Spellblade a pattern that can be learned?
- if no - is Titansteel Spellblade pattern a drop from a mob?
Is Titansteel Spellblade craftable?
Can we confirm if this pattern will be available in Phase 1 of Wrath of the Lich King Classic?
